Stucco House Wash in Huntersville, NC
We cleaned this 2,500 Sqft white stucco home for $400. This house wash included the facia and gutters down to the ground, in other words, all vertical surfaces. This home had a lot of black and green. The black and green is dirt, mold, and algae build up. To clean these ugly organic stains away we use sodium hypochlorite, or in other words bleach. We first wet all surrounding plant life to ensure they will not be killed by our chemicals. After wetting plants, we apply our chemical mixture using a soft wash system. ( Soft Wash systems are ideal for cleaning homes built with porous materials such as brick or stucco. This is because a soft wash system will allow the user to apply a stronger mix of chemical which is crucial when cleaning porous materials.) We applied 4% sodium hypochlorite to the home and allowed it to dwell on the surface for 10-15 minutes. When all of the organic stains were killed and lightened in color, we rinsed thoroughly and the results were dramatic.
