This 2000 sqft roof had a lot of mold and algae build up. To remove organics from roofs safely we use our soft wash system. Putting pressure on a roof can cause serious damage but with the soft wash technique we can remove any stain with 100 psi. We set our chemical ratio to 6%, this means that what we are spraying is 6% sodium hypochlorite mixed with a surfactant. The surfactant helps the sodium hypochlorite cling to the shingles and gives it more time to work. After we applied chemical to the roof, we wait 15 minutes. Finally we rinse away all the organics and the customer is left with new roof.
