Inland Sea Marina Concrete Cleaning in Denver, NC
Inland Sea Marina gave us a call to make their concrete look new again. The marina has hundreds of feet of concrete sidewalks that were turning black. We started with a pre-treatment to remove all this dirt and organic build-up. We sprayed 3% sodium hypochlorite on all of the concrete and allowed it to dwell for 10-15 minutes. The pre-treatment allows us to get an even finish without strips or lines. After the chemical dwelled, we went over all of the concrete with a surface cleaner using 3500psi. The surface cleaner removes all of the dirt and organics. Finally, we rinsed the concrete removing all the loose debris that had settled back on the concrete. Following this, we applied a 5% mixture of sodium hypochlorite, which will get into the pores of the concrete and kill any organics you may not be able to see. This post-treatment will ensure the concrete stays cleaner for much longer.
