This 2,500 square foot home was starting to build up a good amount of algae, mold and grim. The customer gave us a call and we were there in 2 days to get the home clean again. The process we used it called soft washing. Soft Washing is the safest most effective way to clean a vinyl home. Our soft wash process removes all the green and dirt without using high amounts of pressure. We first wet all nearby vegetation to insure that none are harmed. Moving forward we apply the chemical to the home, soaking everything from the gutters/facia down. While the chemical is killing the organics on the home we continue to soak the vegetation nearby to keep it safe. Once we feel the chemical has been dwelling for long enough we thoroughly rise away our chemical and down comes all the algae and dirt with it.
